Per strip: 60mg natural caffeine (from green tea extract), 20mg L-theanine, 1mg vitamin B6, 2.4mcg vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), 30mcg biotin, 50mcg huperzine A.
Other ingredients: pullulan, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, organic glycerine, stevia glycosides, citric acid, xanthan gum, sunflower lecithin, natural flavors, color, filtered water.

60mg of natural caffeine from green tea extract. That's about the same as one shot of espresso, which has roughly 63mg.
What does it taste like?
Arctic Mint. It's cool and clean, sweetened with stevia, with no sugar. It also leaves your breath fresh, which coffee doesn't.
How do I take it?
